Needs analysis
Recording your wishes and ideas is an important part of our work. We check their feasibility, taking into account the available technologies, the environmental conditions and your overall product. We discuss with you how we can best implement your requirements. At the end of the process , we will provide you with an initial quotation so that you can also assess the various options in terms of cost.
Construction
In this step, we bring together each individual parameter in an initial virtual display - your customized display. We provide you with 3D views, reference samples or printed prototypes. We also optimize the integration into your end product and take into account special challenges such as Atex or EMC requirements. We can often also recommend simplifications with regard to assembly.
Fine-tuning & release
All details are checked before your display goes into production. You will receive a precise 2D drawing and specifications for all important components. The test criteria for the product are discussed and test plans are drawn up, and any necessary certifications or material requirements are discussed.
Prototypes & Test
The first display samples have arrived! At this stage, we check the customer-specific displays for compliance with the specification. You will receive a detailed initial sample test report according to your requirements. Depending on the scope of services, the products are further processed and provided to you as complete prototypes.
Series
After approval of the first samples, we recommend theproduction of a pre-series in which the last small changes can be incorporated. We also check and test the pre-series in detail and inspect each individual component. Your customized display is now ready for the market. Tailor-made, high quality, long-term availability and individual.
Changes & obsolescence
We are at your side, even after the start of series production. In the course of a product's life cycle, there are always intentional or unintentional changes. We proactively inform you of this and support you, just as we did during the design phase. From the first display to the last. This is also ensured by our support guarantee!
