We develop custom control panels to make your device smarter. The control panel is often the design element that makes your device stand out from the crowd and the part that decides how the first user experience will be.
We offer the entire spectrum of available displays. From customized, power-saving monochrome LCDs to high-resolution full-color TFTs to bistable and thus completely power-independent EPaper displays. We will be happy to advise you on the best solution for you, depending on whether you have a particularly wide temperature range or a particularly low power supply.
We complement our display with input options such as silicone keyboards, membrane keyboards or touch surfaces. Even exotic control elements such as magnetic switches to enable hermetically sealed housing designs are no problem.
To round it all off, we pack the whole thing individually with injection-molded plastic, metal or glass parts to create a ready-to-install module.
To map the interface to the customer application, we offer intelligent solutions with 8- to 32-bit microcontrollers. They communicate with the customer board e.g. via SPI, I2C or RS232.
Menu and parameter structures can be hard-coded, but can also be generated dynamically using an object description language similar to JSON or XML. This allows an existing control panel to be adapted to new tasks without a software update.
Graphical user interfaces can be programmed individually or created with frameworks such as TouchGFX or Segger tools.
By means of an intelligent 4-wire interface, we are able to operate more than 100 displays on one bus and can thus offer economical solutions for controlling many displays.
