The EcoVadis assessment allows us to transparently demonstrate our sustainability efforts. Many of our partners are also already certified, enabling us to better assess risks within supply chains. Especially with regard to the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (Gesetz über die unternehmerischen Sorgfaltspflichten in Lieferketten), which is mandatory for larger companies, the rating provides a straightforward basis for evaluation for our customers as well.
Many of our display products and HMI components originate in Asia. We regularly conduct our own audits at production facilities and hope that an additional external review will provide an independent representation of our commitment to including only the most sustainable and responsible companies in our supply chain.
What is EcoVadis?
EcoVadis is a platform that supports companies in assessing and improving their sustainability performance. It provides a comprehensive evaluation of companies regarding environmental, social responsibility, and corporate governance (ESG criteria). The assessments are based on a variety of data sources, enabling us to measure and transparently communicate our progress in sustainability.
