Requirements Analysis
Capturing your wishes and ideas is a crucial part of our work. We assess their feasibility, considering available technologies, environmental conditions, and your overall product. We discuss with you how best to implement your requirements. At the end of this process, an initial quotation is provided, enabling you to evaluate various options in terms of cost.
Design & Engineering
In this step, we integrate every individual parameter into an initial virtual display – your customized display. We provide you with 3D views, reference samples, or printed prototypes. We also optimize integration into your final product and consider specific challenges such as ATEX or EMC requirements. Frequently, we can also recommend simplifications regarding assembly.
Refinement & Approval
Before your display goes into production, all details are thoroughly checked. You will receive a precise 2D drawing and specifications for all critical components. The product's test criteria are discussed, test plans are created, and necessary certifications or material requirements are addressed.
Prototypes & Testing
The first display samples have arrived! In this phase, we verify the customized displays for compliance with the specifications. You will receive a detailed first article inspection report tailored to your requirements. Depending on the scope of services, the products are further integrated and provided to you as complete prototypes.
Series Production
Following the approval of the initial samples, we recommend the production of a pre-series, allowing for the incorporation of final minor modifications. The pre-series is also meticulously inspected and tested by us, with each individual component thoroughly evaluated. Your customized display is now ready for the market: tailor-made, high-quality, long-term available, and individualized.
Modifications & Obsolescence Management
We stand by your side, even after series production has commenced. Throughout a product's lifecycle, both intentional and unintentional changes frequently occur.
