With the backdrop of numerous REACh sunset dates for critical compounds, at the end of 2023, displays will also need to be regularly checked for compliance and components replaced if necessary.
In this context, the REACh Regulation defines various roles that companies can assume when they manufacture, place on the market, import or use substances, mixtures or articles. Depending on the role, there are different obligations that must be fulfilled.
